I’m a fuzzy geek from Gothenburg, Sweden. I tend to immerse myself completely in my hobbies (hence ‘geek’), for example extinct languages, ornithology, bonsai, pet rats and of course cooking. I don’t pretend to be a food expert, refined connoisseur or the next master chef, but I do love food all the way from selecting ingredients, to preparations, cooking itself, presentation and eating :)

This nerd cuisine blog is thus named because I’ve got an idea about being a bit experimental, which stereotypically attracts nerds. In my recipes I’m assuming that the reader has a basic idea of proportions and how to prepare rice and so forth, which makes posts shorter and more effective.
